February’s meeting speaker Joe Petre, President of Conversion Properties, Inc.

The February 9th meeting will beat Helen Ross McNabb, 201 W. Springdale Avenue 37917. Our speaker will be Joe Petre, president of Conversion Properties, they are currently working on several projects, including Regas Square in the 37917 area.

 

Conversion Properties, Inc. was founded in 2006 to serve the real estate needs of the Southeast Region. Leveraging the founder’s vast experience in Downtown Knoxville, Conversion began with a concentration in brokerage and redevelopment and quickly expanded within the East Tennessee Region. The team today concentrates on four key areas of real estate: Brokerage, Development, Property Management, and Consulting predominantly in the commercial arena. Designed to be a true service company, the needs of the client come first. The traveling memorial is a half-scale replica of the Vietnam Memorial wall in Washington D.C and is provided by the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund. As we approach 9/11 many hearts and minds remember those who serve our country, this is a perfect time to learn more about the details of this upcoming event.

Acclaimed SportsTalk host Jimmy Hyams Speaks at Ladies of Charity in August

Ladies of Charity KnoxvilleLadies of Charity, 120 Baxter Ave. hosts our meeting and breakfast on August 11 at 7:45 am.

Our speaker this month will be longtime SportsTalk co-host, Jimmy Hyams. Hyams is a member of the Tennessee Sports Writers Hall of Fame. Prior to that Hyams spent 13 years at the News Sentinel, primarily covering University of Tennessee sports.
